General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bb45 ("bb45", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at bb45.club. These Terms apply to all services offered by bb45, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, promotional offers, and any other features available on the platform.

bb45 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the bb45.club website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the bb45 platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible on this page.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with their plain English meaning. Where any ambiguity arises, bb45's interpretation shall be final and binding, subject to any applicable mandatory consumer protection laws.

bb45 operates exclusively as an online gaming and sports betting platform. The platform does not offer financial advisory services, investment products, or any other regulated financial service. Any monetary amounts displayed on bb45 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳) unless otherwise explicitly stated.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

The bb45 platform is strictly intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any game or betting market offered by bb45. This age restriction is applied without exception. If bb45 has reasonable grounds to believe that a registered user is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification, and all funds held in that account will be frozen pending investigation.

By registering an account with bb45, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling and sports betting under the laws of your jurisdiction;
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law;
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of bb45 or any of its associated game-provider partners.

bb45 uses age and identity verification procedures at the point of registration and at the point of first withdrawal. Players may be required to submit government-issued identification documents — such as a National ID card, passport, or birth certificate — to confirm age and identity. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by bb45 support may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the bb45 platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bb45 employs technical and manual processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be suspended, bonus funds will be forfeited, and any winnings generated from bonus funds will be voided.

When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and a Bangladesh-registered mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. bb45 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security. bb45 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to bb45 support immediately. bb45 cannot be held liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

bb45 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Account registration does not guarantee access to all features of the platform — certain features may require additional verification steps before becoming available.

Deposits & Withdrawals

bb45 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Payment method availability may change from time to time; the current list of accepted methods is always displayed in the account dashboard.

Minimum deposit: ৳100. No maximum deposit limit is applied at the platform level, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits which are outside bb45's control.

Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible, to maintain anti-money-laundering compliance. bb45 does not accept withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts not registered in the player's own name, or payment methods not previously used for deposit on the same account.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash and Nagad: Typically processed within 30 minutes during support hours (08:00–24:00 BST). Outside support hours, withdrawals are queued and processed at the start of the next available session.
• Rocket and Upay: Typically processed within 1–2 hours during support hours.
• Bank transfers (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank): Processed within 1–3 business days, subject to the receiving bank's internal processing schedule.

bb45 reserves the right to request identity and payment verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money-laundering and fraud-prevention measure. Requested documents must be submitted within 72 hours; failure to do so may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to the player's account balance.

Bonus & Promotions Policy

bb45 offers a variety of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and event-tied promotions linked to the cricket calendar (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL), Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other Bangladeshi cultural occasions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion at the time of issue, in addition to these general Terms.

Wagering requirements: All bonuses issued by bb45 carry a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement specifies the total amount that must be wagered before bonus funds — or winnings derived from bonus funds — can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements for each promotion are stated clearly in the individual promotion terms and are displayed in the player's account dashboard at all times.

The following general rules apply to all bb45 bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, device, and IP address;
• Bonus funds must be used within the expiry period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically;
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash, or combined with other bonuses unless explicitly permitted;
• bb45 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time, including retroactively cancelling a bonus where there is evidence of fraudulent claim behaviour;
• Where a player withdraws real-money funds while an active bonus is still outstanding, the bonus and all associated wagering progress will be forfeited. Only cleared, withdrawable funds will be paid out.

bb45 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using systematic wagering patterns designed to exploit bonus terms at low risk, placing offsetting bets across multiple outcomes to guarantee bonus completion, and sharing bonus codes in violation of the promotion terms. Where bonus abuse is detected, bb45 reserves the right to void all winnings, confiscate bonus funds, and permanently close the offending account(s).

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the bb45 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, or using stolen or unauthorised payment methods;
• Money laundering: Using the bb45 platform in any attempt to launder proceeds of crime or to transfer funds for illegal purposes;
• Collusion: Working with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, card games, or any other competitive game format;
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to interact with the bb45 platform in place of genuine human play;
• Exploitation of technical errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, display errors, pricing errors in betting markets, or any other technical malfunction to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reversed;
• Abuse of staff or other players: Using offensive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing language toward bb45 support staff or other players in any communication channel;
• Unauthorised access: Attempting to access any part of the bb45 platform beyond the scope of your own registered account, including attempting to access other players' accounts or the platform's administrative systems.

bb45 monitors all account activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified or reasonably suspected, bb45 may take any or all of the following actions at its sole discretion: suspend the account pending investigation, void all bets and winnings generated during the period of suspected abuse, permanently close the account, forfeit all funds in the account, and report the matter to relevant authorities where the conduct may constitute a criminal offence.

Account Suspension & Closure

bb45 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to satisfy age or identity verification requirements;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct;
• Receipt of a valid legal order from a competent authority;
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 06;
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy — see below).

Voluntary account closure: You may request the closure of your bb45 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, bb45 will process any pending withdrawals of verified, withdrawable funds within the standard withdrawal timeframe. Bonus funds outstanding at the time of closure will be forfeited. Account closure requests submitted as part of a self-exclusion or responsible gaming request are handled under bb45's Responsible Gaming policy, which takes precedence over standard closure procedures.

Dormant account policy: An account is classified as dormant if no login activity has been recorded for 12 consecutive calendar months. bb45 will attempt to notify the account holder via the registered email address before applying the dormant account policy. After a further 30-day notice period without response, bb45 reserves the right to deduct a monthly administration fee of ৳50 from the dormant account balance. Once the account balance reaches zero, the account will be permanently closed. Any remaining balance at the time of first dormancy notification will remain accessible to the account holder upon re-verification.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bb45 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the bb45 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, or data;
• Financial loss arising from the interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of any service offered by bb45;
• Loss or damage resulting from technical faults, server downtime, connectivity issues, or other platform malfunctions beyond bb45's reasonable control;
• Any decision, action, or outcome resulting from your reliance on information published on the bb45 platform, including betting odds, game rules, or promotional terms;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.

bb45's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their bb45 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bb45 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While bb45 takes all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and accuracy of information, no warranty or representation — express or implied — is made regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the platform or the games and services provided through it.

These Terms do not limit or exclude bb45's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
